Description
Magnesium oil is incredibly multi-functional. When magnesium spray is applied topically, it is highly absorbable as it bypasses the digestive system. May assist in correcting magnesium deficiency and assisting the autonomic nervous system. Calming. Used for sleep (spray bottoms of feet) sore, tired muscles, muscle tension, may provide support with restless legs and headaches.
Ensure the spray is completely dry (10-15 mins after application) prior to getting dressed or into bed.
