Join us for this specially curated sound bath session using the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), herbalism and the ancient art of sound healing.

This 90-minute immersive workshop is designed to realign, restore, and renew your energy from the inside out.

🍃We’ll begin gently with some longevity tea and a slow, intentional arrival.
🍃From there, you’ll be guided through a grounding session to root you into your abundance potential.
🍃 Afterward we will set conscious intentions about abundance and what we desire to release and attract.
🍃From there we will begin a five element balancing session to harmonize your body and spirit and bring you into harmonious alignment.
🍃 The integrative sound bath to follow will allow you to sink deeper into relaxation  and realignment.
🍃in closing we will release what no longer serves while taking physical action to ensure the universe and our higher self align with the new intentions.
